From creating floral arrangements to harvesting corn, FFA members have been going strong for many decades in our community. Mahomet-Seymour FFA chapter was chartered in October of 1929. The organization strives to focus on premier leadership, career success, and personal growth. There are twelve members serving as the chapter’s officer team who focus on building a strong community, personal, and chapter development. In addition to competing in state and national events, the members establish an agriculture education initiative for the Mahomet-Seymour school district and its community through PALS program and Agriculture Expos.
